Unlike our subscription model, all Custom Projects operate on a formal, secured, and quote-based structure to ensure clarity and protect your investment.

- Dedicated Consultation: A Halppy Project Manager contacts you within 48 hours for a deep-dive consultation to define the exact scope, resources, and timeline required.
- Formal Quote: You receive a comprehensive proposal detailing the total estimated cost, including materials, labor, and a fixed Project Management Fee for Halppy’s oversight.
2. Legal Agreement & Escrow
- Statement of Work (SOW): Upon accepting the quote, we execute a legally binding SOW that outlines all deliverables, deadlines, and milestones.
- Milestone Payments: Project funds are securely managed through a Milestone Payment (Escrow) System. You pay for a milestone (e.g., “Foundation completed”), and Halppy holds the funds.
- Zero-Risk Payout: The expert (Tasker) is paid only after you formally approve the completion and quality of that specific milestone. This guarantees payment security for all parties.
🛑 Important: Why This is Separate
Our Basic, Silver, Gold, and Diamond plans cover routine, daily, and recurring tasks up to a specified time limit and task count. They do not cover large-scale, quoted, or project-based work.
